1. Digital Products & License
All products offered by HeartGrove are digital downloads intended for personal, non-commercial use by homeschooling families.
Upon purchase, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:
Download and use the product for your own homeschool or household
Print copies for use within your immediate family
You may NOT:
Share, distribute, resell, or give away the digital files (paid or free)
Post the files online, in Facebook groups, or any other digital platform
Use the products in co-ops, classrooms, tutoring centers, or group settings without purchasing additional licenses
Alter the product and redistribute it as your own
Claim ownership or authorship of the content
Violation of these terms may result in legal action and termination of your license.
2. Purchases & Payments
All purchases are processed securely through Stripe
Prices are subject to change at any time without notice
All sales are in USD
You are responsible for any applicable taxes in your jurisdiction
3. Refund Policy
All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds once a product has been downloaded.
Exceptions:
If you experience a technical issue preventing download or access, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of purchase and we will work to resolve the issue
If you accidentally purchase the same product twice, contact us for a refund of the duplicate purchase
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have questions about a product before buying, please reach out!
4. Delivery
Digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase via
email with download instructions sent to the address provided at checkout.
Please check your spam/junk folder if you don't receive your email within 10 minutes.
If you do not receive your product within 24 hours, contact us at [email protected] and we will resend it promptly.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, designs, lesson plans, worksheets, and downloadable files, are the intellectual property of HeartGrove and are protected by copyright law.
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
HeartGrove provides educational resources for personal use. We make every effort to ensure accuracy and quality, but:
Products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
We are not liable for any educational outcomes or results
We are not responsible for technical issues beyond our control (internet outages, email delivery failures, etc.)
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product
7. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected (name, email, payment details) is used solely to:
Process your order
Deliver your digital products
Send occasional emails about new products or resources (you may unsubscribe at any time)
We will never sell, share, or distribute your personal information to third parties except as required to process payments.

If you wish to use our products in a co-op, classroom, tutoring center, or other group setting, you must purchase a separate group license.
